THE Castlemorton social supper was a great success. A fine evening tempted folk to leave their firesides and televisions to join their friends for an evening of music and laughter, good food and a few bevvies.
Med Snookes and his fellow musicians were on top form and entertained their audience after supper with songs from the 60s, getting people joining in the choruses. The table displaying raffle prizes was heavily laden, most of these were donated by supporters to whom the committee send their thanks. Thanks too to the helpers whose hard work behind the scenes is much appreciated by everyone.
The next event to look forward to will be the summer shindig, details of which will appear later.
