THE week at Worcester's Marrs Bar kicks off tonight (Friday) with Fred Zeppelin, one of only two tribute bands who are invited to play at the Pierpoint Street music venue.
The following night, it's the turn of Larry Miller, who with his blues band has built up a huge following across the UK and has performed alongside artists as diverse as Peter Green and Ian Gillan.
Helen Watson performs her acoustic blend of blues, soul, jazz and folk on Sunday.
Thursday, March 13, is Comic Relief night, featuring music from the George Cowley Experience, Ion Storm, the Music City Allstars, the Awful Truth and the Fingers.
Next Friday the Worcester venue is playing host to Karnataka, who have emerged from the 1990s as one of the UK's most innovative new rock bands.
