MALVERN Mayor Frances Victory cut the ribbon to officially open the upgraded and refurbished facilities at Malvern Rugby Club at Spring Lane on Saturday.
Situated in the old clubhouse, there has been a total overhaul of the previously accommodation, with refurbished changing rooms and totally new showers.
Tribute was paid to Bernard Flanagan, who spearheaded the project, and to all the dedicated players and members who unselfishly gave of their time as volunteer labourers and painters.
