A NETBALL team from Parkside Middle School has been crowned champions at a district championship.
The Stourbridge Road school's year seven team, with players aged 11 and 12, won the Bromsgrove and District netball tournament, staged at Droitwich Spa High School on Wednesday, February 26.
Parkside's team, who go forward to the county championships, completed the day with a 100 per cent record after winning all their matches and beating Aston Fields Middle School in a nail-biting final.
