POLICE in Kidderminster are searching for two teenage girls and a teenage boy who conned their way in to the home of an elderly woman.
The incident happened at 4.30pm on Tuesday, March 11, when the woman opened her door to them and was told by the girls that they had come to visit their grandmother who lived nearby.
They said they wanted to leave her £10 as a birthday present and asked the woman if she had an envelope.
When the women walked towards the kitchen the three entered her home.
The woman felt threatened and told them to leave. They left without taking anything.
One of the girls was described as being white, approximately 14-years-old, 5ft 2ins tall with dark hair in a ponytail. She had an accent that was not local and wore a cream/fawn fleece top.
The second girl was white, approximately 13 years old, 5ft tall with dark brown hair. She was of heavy build and wore a light-coloured top.
The boy was also white, approximately 16 years old, 5ft 4ins tall with short brown hair.
