A TERRIFIED shop owner was attacked by two men during an attempted robbery.
Now he is offering a £1,000 for information leading to their conviction.
Police are still looking for the men responsible after two people were arrested in connection with the incident but later released without charge.
The attempted robbery took place at C&A News store in Minster Road, Stourport-on-Severn, when the shop owner was leaving the shop.
Police believe the men used wooden sticks to carry out the attack, but no property was stolen.
The offenders then ran out of the alleyway into the Minster Road and down towards Stourport town centre on Sunday at 10pm.
One of the males is described as white, 20 to 30 years of age, of stocky build and wearing a dark-coloured woollen hat.
The other is described as white, approximately 5ft 8in in height, of slim to medium build, and wearing a black top.
The owner of the shop is offering £1000 for information leading to a charge and conviction of the offenders.
