THREE posts are set to go at Forge Mill Museum and Arrow Valley Countryside Centre as part of major shake-up.
The move is part of a review of the attractions being carried out by a special panel of Redditch councillors.
Up to £500,000 will be spent on transforming the museum into a state-of-the-art venue with interactive displays.
Mr Cartwright said the new role was being funded by the savings from the existing management structure of the museum and countryside centre.
The proposals, which have been agreed by the executive committee, are out for consultation before going to full council for a final decision.
