STOURPORT'S John Hardey used tutti fruiti boilies on the coarse-fishing Gainsborough Lake at Shatterford Fishery and caught a 17lb carp.
Another Wyre Forest man, Lee McNiel opted for boilies to catch a 15lb carp on the Erics Lake.
Casters and worms accounted for a 41lb bag of carp and bream on the Stuarts Lake, while corn and maggots were preferred by one angler who landed a 35lb bag of carp and bream.
On the trout scene, Gary Greenwood, of Kidderminster, caught a 7.5lb trout on the Masters Lake.
Greenwood used a zonker to catch the fish, though the best flies on the lake proved to be viva and fritz lures.
Twenty anglers caught 29 trout between them with an average weight of 5lb though a new fishery record of 15lb 9oz was created by an Netherton angler using a black and silver fly.
Kidderminster angler Robert Calder used a nymph on the Andy Capp Lake for eight fish, weighing a total of 10.5lb.
Seven anglers caught 48 trout between them on the pool with an average weight of 1lb. The best flies were viva and montana.
On the Wyre Dell, four anglers caught 30 trout, weighing on average 5lb, with the best flies being viva and cats whisker. The latter was used to take a 12-trout catch, with fish to 2lb.
On the Stella, 12 anglers caught 51 trout between them with an average weight of 2lb.
Viva and fritz lures flies were most effective but one angler used an orange and lemon lure to catch 11 trout to 2lb.
