A 19-year-old man has been cleared at Worcester Crown Court of attacking another customer in a Chinese takeaway.
The prosecution offered no evidence when Leon Wilkes, of Tudor Road, Bewdley, appeared for trial on a charge of assaulting Damon Bradley causing him actual bodily harm.
