FRINGE players were given a run-out as Cleobury Mortimer hammered Shrewsbury seconds and thirds 65-3.
Coach Ian Smith selected eight players previously unfamiliar to him and made up the numbers with keen first-team regulars.
Youngsters Paul Burrows and Jamie Taylor figured in the second row along with Ian Dayus and Lee Jordan in the back row.
Kevin Shields returned from a 15-week injury lay-off and John Hulland made his debut on the wing.
Cleobury were 39-3 up at the interval, thanks to their dominant pack and speed on the wings.
James Allen (three), Colin Todd (two), Willie Bache (two), Hulland, Shields, Rob Kirton and Richard Skidmore scored the tries. Colin Smith added five conversions.
