On February 18 Janet Ince described The Work of a Funeral Director, guiding members through the process of arranging a funeral.
She also explained her role in alleviating stress and helping relatives through this extremely difficult time.
She related some of her more unusual experiences, including the occasion when mourners joined the wrong funeral, only realising their mistake when they failed to recognise anyone else in the congregation.
Sylvia Griffiths won the competition for a commemorative jug.
On Tuesday at Far Forest Village Hall, Mary Coleman will demonstrate Bobbin Lace Making.
