The hall management committee will be meeting on March 31 and not on April 7 as previous arranged.
On Thursday, March 20, between 12.30pm and 2pm, there will be a simple lunch in the Memorial Hall in aid of the Ledury Deanery Link with Mtwara parish in Tanzania. There are already strong connections between the Ledbury Deanery and Msasi Diocese with visits from people in both countries, and the contacts are very valuable - but costly. The meal will be a simple home-made soup with bread and cheeses and tea or coffee. £2.50 is asked as a contribution and there will be a bring and buy stall.
Don't forget the charity concert on Saturday, March 29,at 7.30pm, in aid of the Services Families Association, SSAFA. Once again Tarrington Brass will be under its distinguished conductor Lt Col Trevor Sharpe. The evening will be shared with the three local clarinet players who delighted us last year. The music consists of light classical and popular music by well known composers, there should be something for everyone. Tickets are £7 (£3 children) which includes a glass of wine or a soft drink.
