THE Upton branch of Macmillan Cancer Relief celebrated its tenth anniversary this week.
In the decade it has been in existence, the branch has raised nearly £70,000.
Members celebrated with a dinner at the White Lion, High Street, on Wednesday.
Chairman Sue Clifford said: "The committee would like to thank everyone living in the area who has supported their efforts in the past. Without their continuing generosity, the task would be much harder."
The branch's next event will be an evening of entertainment provided by the barbershop quartet Liquidity on Friday, April 11, at Hanley Swan.
Tickets are now available from PS Presents in Old Street, Upton.
