THE Magdalene Sisters (15), which won the Golden Lion at last year's Venice Film Festival, comes to Malvern Cinema for a week from tonight (Friday).
The film tells the story of three Irish girls who have been incarcerated in one of the Catholic Church's Magdalene laundries.
The film shows tonight at 6pm, tomorrow at 7pm and from then at 7.30pm, with 3pm matinees on Saturday, Sunday and Thursday.
