SONGS and dances from four of the most popular West End shows will be performed by school pupils.
Young performers from Hanley Castle High School are preparing to take part in its Musical Workshop Extravaganza.
The show, which is open to the public, will feature some of the best moments from Grease, Oliver!, West Side Story and Les Misrables.
It combines the talents of over a hundred young actors, dancers and singers, aged 11 to 18, together with junior and senior choirs and musicians, the staff band and pianists.
Wide-screen projections complete the picture, providing a multi-media backdrop to the action.
The show starts at 7pm prompt each night from Tuesday to Friday, March 21.
Entry is £5.50 for adults and £3.50 for children, students and OAPs. A family ticket, at £20, covers two adults, OAPs and up to three children.
The price is to cover the costs and allow a donation to Comic Relief.
To book seats, contact the school on 01684 593241, fax on 01684 593810 or email office@hanleycastle.worcs.sch.uk.
