Melligan's 11th goal of the season put Harrier ahead on 66 minutes with a goal originating from keeper Marshall's goal kick.
Melligan headed the ball back into the danger zone and though Bishop was crowded out by the defence the ball rebounded perfectly in the air for the Irish midfielder to nod over the advancing Marshall who could only help it into the net.
