AN inquest will open today into the death of a hotel porter who was found dead at the bottom of a Malvern quarry.
Nicholas Conroy Kenneth from Brookfarm Drive, Malvern, was spotted by a member of the public in Earnslaw Quarry near Peachfield Common on Friday.
Firefighters were called in by police to bring the 55-year-old's body up from a plateau using specialist rescue equipment.
The inquest is being held at Worcestershire County Coroner's Court in Stourport-on-Severn at 2pm.
