FEARS have risen for the safety of a Worcester man who went missing three weeks ago.
Kevin Stevens, from Callow End, was last seen near Diglis weir, on the River Severn, on the evening of Tuesday, February 25.
The 39-year-old, originally from South Wales, has retained a Welsh accent and is described as white, of slim build and 5ft 6in tall.
He has short, receding, greying black hair, wears glasses and has tattoos on both forearms.
He was wearing a black jacket, dark blue jeans, a white England T-shirt and cream Reebok trainers.
