A MOTORWAY collision involving two lorries caused traffic chaos in the region yesterday afternoon.
One of the lorries overturned and plunged into a ditch next to the northbound carriageway of the M5.
The collision happened between Junctions 5 and 6 of the motorway, near Warndon.
One of the drivers was taken to Worcestershire Royal Hospital with minor head and shoulder injuries.
Three fire engines attended the scene after being alerted at 3.18pm, but nobody needed to be freed.
Traffic problems were reported four hours after the collision.
