A WINYATES East man has been given a one-year conditional discharge after pleading guilty to driving a taxi without a driver's, operator's or vehicle licence.
Michael Charles Howes, of Foxcote Close, was ordered to pay £250 towards the legal costs of Redditch Council, which brought the action at Droitwich Magistrates on Wednesday.
Council officers sought the case after a number of complaints.
