LICKEY Monarchs completed their march to the Bromsgrove and Redditch Table Tennis League championship by beating nearest rivals Carter Retail 8-2
Roy Norton and Eric Hardman were unbeaten for the champs and teamed up to win the doubles with Sid Hodgetts registering their other win.
Mick Kendall and Mark Fiddian won one each for Retail.
Droitwich eased past Barnt Green 8-2 with Trevor Simmons winning three games for the victors and Gordon Nicklin and Trevor Birch claiming two each.
Jason McFaul replied for Barnt Green.
West Midlands Phones were hammered 10-0 after only fielding two players against Astwood Bank.
Studley Road Nomads edged a tight game 6-4 against Hillcrest.
Nomads skipper Bernie Leech won all his games with Jeff Lines and Maciek Zaremba adding one each before Lines and Leech won a crucial doubles.
Hillcrest's Alan McLoughlan won two and Graeme Farrall and Mark Cohen chipped in with one each.
Barnt Green B beat Droitwich C 10-0 in Division Two and Barnt Green Hornets walloped Studley Road Bulldogs 9-1.
