PLANS for a new block of flats in Evesham Road, Crabbs Cross, looked set to be blocked by councillors last night.
Steve Dodd Property Developments was looking to build 24 apartments just south of Crabbs Cross island.
But officers felt the proposal would be too overbearing for neighbours and recommended councillors refuse the application at their meeting last night.
