MEN at a WI meeting! They listened to and even enjoyed our business when they came as guests to our open meeting in March.
We then had the secrets of the real Enigma revealed. Mrs Webb worked at Bletchley Park during World War II and she gave us a fascinating insight into the machines, personnel and living conditions, as well as the visitors such as Winston Churchill and the King. On April 2 we are meeting at Rowberry's Garden Centre, this time to crack a different code - how to plant up a planter for the terrace garden! Please come and join us. Phone 01527 873270. The monthly ramble is on April 7 at 10am at the Lychgate.
