Redditch firefighters will not be striking tomorrow after the Fire Brigades Union (FBU) called off the action.
The union negotiated concessions over moves to modernisation linked to a pay rise of 16 per cent over three years.
Firefighters were set to down hoses at 6pm for 24 hours.
