WORK has begun on the latest expansion of the Brockhill estate which will see a further 103 homes built.
The estate, known as Oaklands, will include a mix of one, two, three, four and five bedroom homes including semi-detached, 'coach-house' apartments, mews and detached properties.
It is third large development by Persimmon South Midlands in Redditch.
