AN advice service in Redditch has proved so popular, more volunteers are needed to cope with the demand.
The outreach branch of North Worcestershire Disablement Information Advice Line (DIAL) currently provides clinics in the town twice a week helping people with benefit form filling.
But the number of residents accessing the service, which also offers advice on all aspects of disability, has soared since it began operating two years ago.
The headquarters of DIAL is based in Kidderminster where there are seven volunteers compared to just two in Redditch.
