THE March meeting welcomed Mrs Olive Dews, who spoke about life in a doctor's surgery.
She told many stories about her years as a doctor's receptionist and it was interesting to hear about life on the other side of the counter.
A skittles evening takes place soon and plans are progressing for the hosting of the group quiz next month.
A walk around Moseley Bog is also planned.
At the next meeting, the National Trust's Mr P Findley will give a talk.
