THE Royal National Institute for the Blind is looking for volunteers to take part in a sponsored abseil.
Anyone who takes part will be abseiling down the north tower of Eastnor Castle, at Eastnor, near Ledbury.
The entry fee is £10 and participants are asked to raise a minimum of £75.
The RNIB also has space for anyone who wants to take part in a sponsored tandem sky-dive with a Red Devils instructor. A deposit of £50 is required and participants are asked to raise a minimum of £300.
