Radar trailed 1-0 at half time and were soon two down early in the second half.
The turning point came with a disputed offside-looking goal which put Alvechurch 3-0 up on the hour.
Radar pulled a goal back when Clive Churchill's great pass released Nial Henderson who raced away to easily beat the keeper.
Trevor Bagnall and James Curtis then both had chances to put Radar back in the game but their fate was sealed with goals in the 84th and 88th minutes.
