A MALVERN company is offering "experience on tap" to growing companies where existing management is stretched due to expansion.
Malvern-based Executive Experience has a roster of senior managers with extensive experience across a wide range of industries and disciplines, which can be introduced into client companies in different ways.
Problems
Peter Woods, who runs the company, said company growth could bring its own problems.
"The existing management may be stretched, or possibly not have the experience to cope," he said.
"The managers on our register are able to slot in immediately to a client's operation and quickly become effective. Because they all have around 20 years and more experience at a senior level, their skills are already proven."
He said some clients needed interim managers to replace executives who were ill or had left suddenly.
