NOSTALGIA ain't what it used to be.
But for those who fancy a trip down memory lane, an enjoyable new exhibition opened this week featuring a huge collection of day-to-day objects from yesteryear.
The collection has been permanently loaned to Redditch's Forge Mill Museum by a Winyates Green couple who have visited countless car boot sales and antique fairs over the years.
Many of the objects are connected with Redditch, such as bottles from old companies like Darvil & Baker and Smith & Spencer.
Other parts of the collection, owned by retired couple Thomas and Chriss Bough, include furniture or is Second Word War related.
The exhibition, which runs until May 5, comes hot on the heels of the successful Norman Neasom art exhibition which attracted more than 2,000 visitors.
