JOEL Barefoot and Patrick Yarrington each scored a hat-trick to help Ferndale U-13s teams to 6-0 victories in the Stourport and District Youth Football League Cup.

Barefoot, aided by Ben Harris, Luke Jimenez and Ben Bates, led Ferndale Youth to a home win over Bewdley Youth.

Yarrington ensured Ferndale Flyers' progression to the next round with the assistance of Chris Barrie, Chris Lojko and Dan Keyworth, as they beat Perrywoods 6-0.

On Saturday in U-11 Division One matches, Ferndale Youth beat Coombs Wood Colts 6-2 and Flyers won 6-0 at Meadow Park. Not to be out-done, the U-14s Ferndale Girls beat Coreley 6-2.

The highest score for a Wyre Forest team was Bewdley Town's 10-1 thrashing of Meadow Park in U-13s Division One.

It was closely followed by Kidderminster Lions' 8-1 win over Cookley Colts in Division Two.
