A group visited the Rose Theatre to see Half a Sixpence.
At the March meeting, arrangements for future events were discussed, also resolutions, and the group meeting at Stone.
Joint winners of the competition to guess the site of unusual views were Margaret Wilson and Mary Funkie.
Guest speaker Derek Harrington gave a talk and slide show about the City of London, revealing facts about some of the buildings and historical figures who inhabited "the square mile".
The previous month Olive Broadfield and Gill Munslow reported on their Denman visits, studying wood finishing, and relaxation, respectively.
Mrs Broadfield also attended a talk at WI House by Cindy Firth, from Arthritis Care.
Old and broken jewellery is being collected for Heart Research.
Kay Cowell won the competition, making 545 words out of "Resolutions".
At the meeting on Tuesday, April 8, in St Cecilia's Hall, Kidderminster, members will demonstrate favourite recipes, and the competition will be Unusual Cooking Utensils.
