An important note for your diary this week is 7.30pm on Monday, April 14. This is the evening that the parish council has arranged for an open parish meeting to discuss, and debate, the possible cattle-grids (and the necessary ancillary fencing of the Common); the future management of Castlemorton/Birtsmorton Commons with the representative(s) of the Malvern Conservators and other interested parties. All parishioners are, of course, invited and it should prove an interesting debate.
It is good to see that the work has re-started on Spittalfields and all seems to be going well.
One last point: I have had a number of volunteers for the litter-pick in April/May come forward, but it isn't too late to volunteer an hour or more on a Saturday morning! Just contact me at the Post Office or on the above contact number.
