WORCESTER Wolves will have to be at their best if they are to reach the semi-finals of the National Basketball Trophy tonight.
Wolves face a tough quarter-final tie away to National Conference side Worthing Thunder (8pm).
But Wolves have already beaten one Conference side, Plymouth, in the group stages and will feel they can pull off another upset.
Player-coach Rick Solvason said: "We have proved we can play with the top teams but we have to make sure that everybody comes ready to play.
"We definitely have to be on our game. We have to play the same way we did against Plymouth -- our shooting and rebounding has to be very good and we need to play tough."
But Solvason says the fact they are underdogs could work in their favour. "To reach the quarter-finals is more than we would have hoped for. Somebody has to win this game, why not us? There should be very little pressure on us."
Wolves will be hampered, however, by the absence of Paul Gerald, who has torn ankle ligaments.
