GRAEME Hick will again captain Worcestershire next season.
Confirmation of his leadership was made by the County's chairman John Elliott at last night's annual meeting,
He said: "He's looking forward to a great season. I sense he will do a tremendous job for us."
But the County's Director of Cricket Tom Moody revealed that injury-plagued batsman Elliott Wilson will not be back at New Road next season.
He said: "He's undergone a very difficult last 12 months with his back and he's had an operation. Unfortunately we won't see him on a professional basis as a cricketer.
"He hopes to play some social cricket and build it up from there. He's had a torrid time with his back and it's been a loss to the Worcestershire club."
During last night's meeting, meanwhile, Mike Jones and Peter Seward were re-elected as president and treasurer respectively.
There was also confirmation of the election of John Chadd, John Elliott, David Exall, Duncan Fearnley and Jack Randall to the committee from October 1 last year.
It was also revealed that Muriel Tinsley has resigned from the committee on health grounds.
