REDDITCH United manager Rod Brown has secured the first three signatures of his team rebuilding.
Crowd favourite Matty Hall has committed himself to the Valley Stadium side after a season with Western Division champions Halesowen Town.
The wing wizard failed to nail down a regular place with The Yeltz but impressed after returning to the Reds on loan.
Brown is set to get his man at the second time of asking after approaching Rushall Olympic defender Chris Homer.
When the Reds boss approached Homer last season the defender opted to stay put but was this week described as 90 per cent certain to join United.
And another familiar face on show will be Valley old boy Neil Manton.
He left the club two seasons ago but has been persuaded to jump ship from Sutton Coldfield Town.
Brown has spoken to a number of other players to overhaul a squad he says will finish in the top six but has played his cards close to his chest. Moor Green powerhouse Martin Myers would be a popular choice but wages could prove a stumbling block.
And Brown is known to admire Stourport midfielder Alex Cowley but United number two Gary Whild has denied interest in the former West Bromwich Albion wide man who would command a fee and is understood to have been offered terms by Halesowen.
