FORMER United shot-stopper Dave Adey is set to return from the footballing wilderness at Evesham United tonight - if the rain holds off.
Adey, out of Saturday football since leaving Redditch last season, joined the Robins last night after Phil Mullen freed Damian Beattie.
The former Red left the Valley after being dropped by Rob Smith and turned down offers to return from Nicky Cross, Paul West and Rod Brown.
Adey, courted by Studley this season, is set to figure in the Worcestershire derby at home to Stourport Swifts.
