YOUNG Kidderminster Harriers player John Danby will be handed a stage to impress at Stourport Swifts in the Dr Martens Western Division.
The 19-year-old goalkeeper has joined Swifts on a month's loan to initially stand in for Rob Clarke who is suspended for two games.
Clarke's appeal against his ban failed after he was reported by the referee for foul and abusive language following the 3-2 defeat to Merthyr last November.
Danby, who made several substitute appearances for Harriers last season, steps into the team to face mid-table Rugby United at home on Saturday.
Swifts boss Dave Titterton said: "It's for a month to start with and John hasn't played much this season. But he's a big, strong lad who can certainly cope with the physical side of this league."
