JULIE Freeman and Sam Rogers were on target as Kidderminster Harriers Ladies beat Marconi 2-1 in the West Midlands League.
Marconi dominated the early stages but substitute Lisa Stokes made an immediate impact after her introduction on 34 minutes.
Stokes' first touch found Lynsey Pollard down the right and she crossed for Freeman to head home from 12 yards.
Six minutes later, a long ball from Lauren Haswell set up Rogers who rounded the keeper and shot into the empty net.
Both teams had chances in the second half with Harriers keeper Rachel Baldwin superbly tipping away a long-range effort on 75 minutes.
But Baldwin had no chance with Marconi's consolation five minutes later, struck from 18 yards.
Fixture, Sunday: Ross Town v Harriers Ladies (2pm, players to meet at 11.30am at Aggborough).
Squad: Baldwin, Jones, Haswell, Carpenter, Fowler, Hyde, Rogers, Bowdler, Pollard, Stokes, Freeman, Haigh, Dunnett, Roberts.
