KIDDERMINSTER Harriers aim to step up their play-off challenge by beating bogey side Carlisle United for the first time in a Nationwide League Division Three match when they meet at Brunton Park tomorrow (3pm).
Harriers have locked horns with The Cumbrians on five previous occasions in the league, losing four and drawing one.
Their grim record includes a 2-1 defeat at Aggborough earlier this season.
Harriers will go into the clash on the back of Tuesday's confidence-boosting 1-0 home victory over Bournemouth which lifted them into 11th in the table, just three points away from a top seven play-off spot.
On the same night sixth-from-bottom Carlisle were being crushed 4-1 at home to Lincoln City.
Leading scorer Bo Henriksen, who notched Harriers late winner against Bournemouth, believes his side's welcome win over the Cherries can act as a springboard for clinching a play-off place.
The Danish front-runner, who celebrates his 28th birthday today, said: "We have to keep going. We have to show we are better than the results we have produced in the last couple of months."
His comments are echoed by goalkeeper Fraser Digby, who made his debut against Bournemouth along with fellow newcomer Dion Scott.
The experienced Digby said: "Hopefully I can help to put Kidderminster into the play-offs or even get them straight up.
"If the lads can get into the play-offs it would be a great experience, especially for the younger players. I would love to go and play in another final.
"There are some good young lads at this club and they did themselves proud on Tuesday night. I enjoyed myself."
Harriers boss Ian Britton has yet to finalise his side but will have midfielder John Melligan fit to start after overcoming a nagging ankle injury. He acted as an unused substitute on Tuesday.
Defender Kenny Coleman, who has been struggling with a groin strain, should also be available after a recent trip to his native Ireland following a family bereavement.
FORMCAST: Harriers will have to wait for their first win over Carlisle with a 1-1 draw looking a likely outcome.
