HEAVYWEIGHT forward Craig Quinnell is back in the Worcester Warriors pack as the National One leaders travel to Bedford.
The 20-stone flanker returns to the side after missing the weekend 57-5 win over Manchester with a nerve problem in a bicep.
The 32-times capped Welsh star comes in for Jim Jenner who drops to the bench as Worcester look to continue their promotion push.
And for director of rugby John Brain, the powerhouse forward will be a big player for Worcester in Saturday's league clash.
"He might have a reputation for not being a fitness fanatic but Craig is a big guy," said Brain."He is in good shape and is training well. We were very encouraged with the way he played against Otley. Not so much against Exeter. He needs games, though, and with more time, he will get more used to things.
"He is a big player for us and Bedford away is a big game. We beat them comfortably at Sixways but they are a vastly different team at home. There's no doubt about it, this is a tricky game and the players are aware they need to be on top of their game.
"I know the ground well after playing there and there is a very nasty slope which makes it difficult for the opposition. We know just how difficult it will be because we failed to come away with the bonus point last season."
Tim Walsh has been ruled out because of a hamstring tear so Craig Chalmers continues at fly-half with James Brown taking his place on the bench. The only other change from Saturday's victorious team is the return of Neil Lyman at tighthead after his hamstring strain. Adrian Olver drops to the bench.
New loan signing James Parkes does not make the 22 after only joining from Saracens last week. Chris Hall has recovered from a sternum injury and gets the nod, while academy graduate Stewart Pearl is on the bench. Pearl played 40 minutes in the Manchester match and Brain revealed it was his performance which tipped the scales.
