EXHIBITS tailored by a group of patchworkers and quilters are going on display to mark its 10th birthday and drum up cash for charity.
Forest Quilters will stage the two-day spectacle, which represents the whole range of its repertoire, at Kidderminster Town Hall next month.
Money from sales of teas and home-made cakes will go to Kemp Hospice, based in Sutton Park Road, Kidderminster.
About 100 items, including full bed quilts, dolls, cushions, wall hangings - and 15 lap quilts specially made for hospice patients - will be on show.
"We started off with six members and now we have more than 40," said founder member and chairman Claire Ruane.
"We've got people who do traditional quilts and more modern work, as well as wall-hangings. We do them either from patterns or design them ourselves. And we're very much a mixture of rank beginners and people like myself who've been doing it for about 15 years."
Miss Ruane added: "We usually support a charity whenever we do something. And Kemp is a good cause and a local charity.
"Members have donated fabric and time to make these lap quilts."
The exhibition runs from 10am until 4pm on September 7 and 8.
