THE momentum created by the public launch of Kemp Hospice's £2.2 million appeal nearly two weeks ago has continued with the prospect of another huge donation.
The sum of £20,000 has been pledged by the Bulmer Benevolent Fund, linked to Herefordshire cider makers HP Bulmer, to be delivered when construction contracts for the new centre are signed in the autumn.
Campaign manager John Fletcher said: "Once people driving around town stop and see the building being constructed, that will make a difference."

A jubilee extravaganza at a Wolverley pub is giving people the opportunity to let their hair down while helping deserving charities - including Kemp Hospice.
The Queens Head is putting on entertainment, food and music on Bank Holiday Monday afternoon and evening. There will be more than 30 stalls, three live bands, a bouncy castle and an evening pig roast.
