THE wafer-thin Stourport Swifts squad could be boosted this week ahead of Saturday's home game with Gloucester City.
Player-boss Tim Langford has again targeted former Bromsgrove Rovers full-back and midfielder Ryan Daley, son of former £1m man Steve.
Daley is no longer at Dr Martens League Western Division rivals Bilston Town and could help fill a void left by Steve Ulfig's knee problems.
Langford said: "Ryan hasn't done a great deal since he left Bilston so is likely to be short of fitness. I'm hoping I can use him as cover."
But a swoop for Moor Green's former Birmingham City youngster Danny Scheppel, a midfielder, has proved unsuccessful.
