SWIFTS returned to winning ways with a 3-2 friendly victory at home to Stourbridge last night.
Player-manager Tim Langford was pleased with the performance but blamed sloppy defending for the goals.
"I was quite pleased but defensively we were not as good and we gave away two silly goals," he said.
Kerry Giddings got on the scoresheet for the second consecutive game and trialists Jamie Stainer and Anthony Fletcher chipped in with a goal apiece.
Both will feature for Swifts against Rushall Olympic at Walshes Meadow on Thursday (7.45pm).
