WORCESTERSHIRE'S new members of the UK's Youth Parliament will officially take up their posts on Saturday.
Nimneh Hyde, Jade Bayer and Adam Parslow will be handed their duties from outgoing MYPs Phil Everitt, Chris Love and Amiee Hall at Worcester City Youth House, on City Walls Road.
Nimneh and Jade both aged 15 and from Worcester, along with 17-year-old Adam, from Pershore, were elected in February as the third set of MYPs for the county.
Priorities
At the event, which will be held between 10am and 11.30am, they will speak about their priorities for the coming year.
The national sitting of the UK Youth Parliament takes place in the summer and the MYPs will be planning their priorities linked to both local issues raised by young people and the manifesto of the national UK Youth Parliament.
