A TOTAL of 28 guns and 304 bullets have been handed in to Redditch police station after the launch of a national firearms amnesty.
People have until April 30 to surrender any illegally held weapons and ammunition without fear of prosecution for unlawful possession.
The amnesty, which began on March 31, also gives people the chance to hand over lawfully held guns and ammunition which are no longer wanted.
