NEWLY launched mobile police surgeries will continue - despite a disappointing turnout from residents last week.
A mobile CCTV van was taken to Batchley, Abbeydale, Smallwood and Mount Pleasant in an attempt to make officers more accessible to residents and break down barriers.
Sgt Nick Husbands, of Redditch police, said he would run the surgeries again in the future and urged residents to pop and see officers next time, even if it was just for a chat.
