THE abusive and aggressive conduct of a 20-year-old woman at the Alexandra Hospital has led to her being issued with an Anti Social Behaviour Order.
Cheryl Adey, of Clopton Road, Stratford, has been banned from behaving in an anti-social way while on hospital premises, in particular being verbally abusive, aggressive or intimidating towards any other person.
The ASBO also prevents Adey from remaining on hospital premises once her treatment is completed or after she has been discharged by staff.
Stratford magistrates issued the two-year ASBO after evidence, gathered by Redditch Council, Stratford Council and the police, was heard on March 28.
The order also bans Adey from throwing stones, entering houses and gardens without permission, causing a public nuisance, damaging property and using or threatening to use violence towards any other person.
